Step 1: Intake
Your ambitions and on-line strategy form the basis for the intake. They help us define the different stages, which we then translate into an investment proposal.
Step 2: Analysis
In this stage we establish the match between your ambition and your organisational possibilities, down to the last detail. We align your online value proposition with your strategy and assess the potential of the different e-commerce solutions in relation to the service you provide. In addition, we also draw up the UX design for your webshop.
Step 3: Design
From analysis to technical design. In this stage we translate your needs into requirements and describe how we can interface the e-commerce solution, that suits you best, with your company’s systems.
Step 4: Implementation
This is the stage where most of the action takes place. The design and the requirements are implemented in your e-commerce platform. In this stage we also migrate your customer data and product information to your webshop. You are kept up-to-date with regular progress reports so that you can have tight control of the project. The key here is: the better the preparation; the shorter the implementation time.
Step 5: Testing
Of course you will want to see what your webshop is going to look like. Extensive testing procedures ensure that you are closely involved in the quality of your e-commerce solution. The testing stage is a joint effort. We test the technical implementation, and – with the help of user cases – you test how your customer will use the webshop. This approach increases your company’s involvement and minimises the number of bugs and errors.
Step 6: Deployment
In this stage we implement your definitive e-commerce solution in a live environment. You are now ready to service your customers online.
Step 7: Maintenance
The maintenance stage is the final stage, when we hand over the project to our service department. Of course, Eperium will continue to support you in optimising your webshop. After all, an e-commerce project is never finished.
